Para. 4.8: I think it would be more accurate to say that Ball Eye Quarry is a limestone quarry which also produces some vein mineral. I don't think that Slinter Top has a valid planning permission for working at the present time.
Para. 4.9: All of the current active workings are in the Trent Valley.
Para. 4.11: Virtually all of the reserves of the Eckington Mine are in South Yorkshire rather than Derbyshire even though the surface adit is in Derbyshire.
Para. 4.19: This probably significantly underestimates the amount of aggregate recycling activity both in relation to permanent sites - e.g. Lydford Road, Alfreton and mobile operations on demolition/construction sites.
